Job Description
This position requires an IT Director with broad experience leading both applications and operational teams. The candidate must demonstrate a very high degree of appreciation and sensitivity to "customer facing" and operational systems. Also must be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high availability of existing operations. This position works closely with local business management to ensure appropriate coordination and service levels for the business and ultimately to the end use customer.
The IT Director will manage a staff of developers, QA and will provide on-site management presence for the local Infrastructure, Operations and Help Desk staff.
