Job Description

Assist the plant manager in overall operational and contractual issues:

Operational

·     Act as plant manager whenever the plant manager is not available

·     Work closely with the Management team in order to develop efficient working practices

·     Following up the implementation of safety and quality culture

Contractual

·     Responsible for administrating all contractual aspects related to the contract;

·     Following up all contractual obligations;

·     Developing a no-blame and no-surprise culture;

·     Implementing the contractual strategy throughout the contract delivery stage;
